We work closely with suppliers all over the world to offer the biggest range of items in the market. But range is only a small part of what we do. We know how important price is to our customers. We aim to ensure we always offer the products we sell at great prices. To do this we regularly check and update our prices against our comparable competitors. We also ensure our online and instore prices are aligned, so however you chose to shop you always pay the same price.
Occasionally we have special time limited event prices or offers available online. If you notice a price difference when shopping in the store just let us know, as we always honour our lower price. If you find the same product for sale online at a lower price from a UK mainland competitor, you can make a Price Match request. It's really simple to do. Just click the link on the product page and complete a Price Match Request Form. We will reply to you by email within 24 hours, once we've had the chance to review your request. To be a valid request it needs to meet our Price Match Terms, details of which are listed below.
It is worth checking your spam email if you don't appear to have had a reply after 24 hours.

UK Mainland Competitors
First we need to make sure that your Price Match Request is for a product which is available from a UK mainland competitor. We are unable to consider requests from the following types of seller; auction sites, membership clubs, retailers in administration or closing down, non UK mainland competitors.
Comparable Price
The competitor's online price must be publicly available to any customer. To enable us to verify your request the price needs to be displayed on the competitor's website. We are unable to accept requests for exclusive membership discounts where a code is required to trigger a reduction in the advertised price.
Product Availability
The product you are making a Price Match request for must be in stock and available to purchase from the competitor you reference. We are unable to honour a request for items that are not available to purchase.
Product Specifications
The price must apply to a brand new, identical individual product. The product must be the same make, model number, size and colour.
Competitor Promotions, Exclusive Discounts & Sale Items
We are unable to consider Price Match requests for products that are on offer or are included in a promotion. This includes, but is not limited to fixed price reductions, multi buy promotions (i.e. 3 for 2), time limited reductions (i.e. this weekend only), sale items. We are not able to consider requests for items that are only available at a reduced price through the use of a voucher code. Items available as part of a bundle deal are unable to be considered for a Price Match request.
Shipping
Our shipping costs are excluded from Price Match.
