Discreet Packaging

You should be the only one who gets excited when your package arrives.

We want you to be able to buy with confidence, that's why discretion and your privacy are important to us. We make sure all orders are dispatched in boring plain packaging. There will be no indication on the outside of your package as to what the contents are or where your purchase has come from.

Depending on what you order and your chosen delivery method, your items will be packed in one of several ways. For DHL orders we use either DHL heavy-duty plastic envelopes or a brown recycled DHL box. For all other delivery methods we use either unbranded heavy-duty plastic envelopes, padded plain envelopes or plain cardboard boxes.

A discreet delivery label is then applied to your package. We are required to detail a return address on your package. This is shown as Marginal Ltd T/A FETCH, Arch 6 Voltaire Road, Clapham, London SW4 6DH.

All the packaging we use to dispatch your order is 100% recyclable. Whether it's a cardboard box, padded envelope, bubble wrap or plastic DHL mailbag, all the items we use can be reused or recycled. Now more than ever we need to reduce, reuse & recycle. Help us by playing an active role and making a difference for the future of the planet.

Important Shipping Information

Weight Restrictions: All UK shipping options are subject to a maximum weight of 10kg. International destinations have a maximum weight of 5kg. Should your order exceed these limits, we reserve the right to increase the cost of shipping and will contact you directly to confirm the cost or offer you the option of amending your order.

Please note that all orders containing a Sling Frame incur an additional handling and shipping surcharge of £34.99 due to their excess weight and size. This charge will be applied automatically at checkout.

Signature Requirements & Safe Space Deliveries: All or our delivery services are tracked services, which require a signature at the point of delivery, unless you request a secure locker option (this is classed as signed for due to its secure nature).

IMPORTANT - Safe Space Deliveries: Our delivery service agreements do not permit parcels to be left in a "safe space" without a signature. However, we are aware that some customers request this option. If you choose to request that your parcel is left in a "safe place" without obtaining a signature, you are accepting full responsibility and liability for your parcel. This means:

You accept all risk of loss, theft, or damage to your parcel
Marginal Ltd T/A FETCH accepts no liability whatsoever for parcels left in safe spaces at your request
You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement if your parcel goes missing, is stolen or is damaged
This choice is entirely at your own risk and we strongly advise against it

We recommend always being available to sign for your delivery, or using DHL's secure locker options to ensure your parcel is safely received.

Our London delivery options allow us to get your order into your hands faster and more frequently than any of our competitors. These industry leading solutions help us play our part in reducing our carbon footprint, by simply bringing your order straight to you from our Clapham store. Better still, our Immediate, (in under 2 hours) and Same Day (before 8pm) Services powered by Quiver are 100% emissionless, delivered using only human or electric powered vehicles!

Our Same Day Courier Service (within 3 hours) powered by GOPHR allows us to deliver all the way out to the M25 radius, cos you all know – if you need it now, you need it FAST. When it comes to an unmatched London Service, only FETCH Delivers!

London Immediate (usually within 2 hours) — £12.99

Our fastest ever delivery option, getting your order into your hands usually within two hours! It's the only occasion when the faster it comes, the better it is! This service is available 7 days a week between the hours of 11am and 6pm.

London Same Day (before 8pm) — £9.99

Not in quite the same rush, but want it delivered the same day, then this one is for you. This service is available 7 days a week between the hours of 11am and 6pm for delivery before 8pm.

Once your parcel has been picked up by our courier you will receive live tracking of your parcel on its way to your location. If there is an issue with finding your location, the courier will need to be able to call you. Please provide a valid phone number to avoid non delivery.

London Services Powered by GOPHR

GOPHR London Same Day Courier Usually within 3 hours (Price calculated at checkout)

For customers in the London area, we offer a same-day courier service delivered usually within 3 hours. This service is available daily to most London postcodes within the M25 radius between 10am and 6pm (for delivery by 8pm).

How it works:

The price is variable based on distance from FETCH Clapham and time of day
Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been received
We can only book courier pick-ups from 11am through until 6pm
Orders placed outside these times will be delivered during operating hours (earliest from 11am)
Once picked up, you'll receive live tracking of your parcel
You must provide a valid phone number for the courier to contact you

Terms of Use for ALL London Shipping Services:

When selecting any of these services, you confirm that you will be available to accept and sign for your delivery at any time during the delivery window selected, following successful placement of your order. Failure to be available is deemed a breach of the terms and conditions of service.

If our courier is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. The original courier fee, plus the additional cost of the courier returning the order to us, is deducted from any refund.

These are premium direct to door delivery options, and the cost of this service is non-refundable.

PICK UP IN OUR CLAPHAM STORE - FREE

Want to collect your items instead? Not a problem. At checkout, select the Pick Up in Store option and we will have your order ready and waiting for you to collect at our Clapham store the same day.

This option is FREE and a great way of getting your order at the most convenient time. Your items are usually ready within an hour from the time you confirm your order.

We will send you a confirmation email when it's ready to collect. Please bring a copy of this with you (electronic versions are fine).

Important: Pick Up in Store orders are held for collection for a maximum of 90 days from the point of purchase. We accept returns for unwanted items for up to 14 days from the day the order becomes available for collection. We advise against delaying pick up as it will impact your ability to return items once outside this 14-day period.

We use DHL Express as our fastest and most reliable UK delivery service, offering a premium option when you need your order quickly. From dispatch to delivery, you’ll benefit from fully tracked, door-to-door updates, giving you complete visibility of your parcel’s journey.

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, with most deliveries arriving the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. Some remote areas may take slightly longer, in line with DHL’s delivery guidance.

All international delivery services are provided by DHL. We use DHL because we believe in quality and reliability.
