FETCH Makes History
FETCH is the UK and Europe's Leading Gay Lifestyle Superstore. Born in November 2017. The idea was simple, to bring everything fashion, fetish, fun under one roof. We wanted to create a store that had something for everyone, that was inclusive and put the customer first.
At a time when many retailers were closing their doors, we saw the opportunity to create a brand experience unlike any other. Putting it simply, we made FETCH Happen.
So FETCH
We keep getting asked where the idea for FETCH and the name came from. Not wanting to keep you all guessing, we thought it was time to tell you our story.
At the end of a particularly long day it was decided a trip to the pub was necessary (we know you’ve all had those types of days before!). We got to talking and drinking and then drinking some more...that’s where it all began.
We knew we wanted to make fetish, fashion and fun more of a lifestyle shopping experience, which put the community we wanted to serve at the heart of the concept we wanted to create. The idea was formed and drunken determination kicked in.... but what to call this brand new gay lifestyle shopping experience.
Have you ever tried saying fetish, fashion & fun over and over after far too many doubles and copious amounts of shots? FETCH was born along with the realisation we needed to flip it around to fashion, fetish, fun to avoid the tongue twisting.
We made FETCH Happen!

Our London store opened it's doors in Clapham on the 26th January 2018. Located close to both Clapham High Street Overgound station and just a few minutes’ walk from Clapham North underground station. FETCH sits at the heart of the gay community in Clapham.
fetchshop.co.uk launched in May 2018 and we have worked tirelessly to turn FETCH into a truly global brand. For UK customers we partner with DHL Express to get your parcels to you securely, discreetly and quickly - Next Working Day. We also use DHL to ship worldwide with express delivery options. To keep it simple and to bring even more of a smile to your face, we pay all the duties and taxes on international orders! When it comes to true satisfaction, we know how to get the product you want in your hands as quickly as possible.
In July 2018 our industry leading Same Day Courier service launched. Available to central London customers with orders usually delivered within three hours, nobody delivers like FETCH.
Our focus, determination and effort was recognised by EAN magazine in October 2019 when we were named EROTIX AWARDS Retailer of the Year!
During the coronavirus pandemic FETCH continued to provide an exceptional service to its customers. Despite restrictions, orders were dispatched daily throughout the world and we were proud to be the ONLY Gay London retailer who continued to provide a vital Click & Collect service to our customers. This service allowed people to continue following social distancing guidelines whilst maintaining a balanced mental health and well being lifestyle during difficult times.
In 2020 our industry leading Same Day Courier Service expanded. Available across London all the way out to the M25 boundaries covering 2600 square miles. It's never been easier to get your hands on Fashion Fetish Fun!
In 2021 we added ARCH to the FETCH family, providing another safe space for our Clapham community to thrive.
Between 2022 and 2023 we focused on growing the FETCH brand and expanding our reach across the world. We now proudly boast the biggest range in Europe. We have invested in our business and people and now have a strong dedicated Team FETCH, who's passion for all things Fashion, Fetish and Fun shine through in our exceptional five star Trust Pilot score.
in early 2024 we began work on a major technical infrastructure change. We have to continue to innovate and evolve to maintain our position in the market and to make sure our customers experience is always the very best!
In September 2024 our operating systems moved to the industry leading platform. By doing so we ensure we can offer our customers everything they want and more. Better and consistent pricing across all sales channels, more choice than ever before, easier navigation of the online store, and to say thank you to all of you for your continued loyal support our new Loyalty Scheme rewards you every time you choose to shop with FETCH.
For us the journey is never over, there is always the extra mile to travel. That's because when it comes to delivering excellence for our customers, it's what FETCH is all about (and having a LOT of FUN along the way!)
ARCH
We were extremely proud to launch our new brand ARCH in 2021 during what were very challenging times for hospitallity. ARCH is Gay London's Newest LGBTQ+ Social venue offering the very best in cocktails beers, spirits, wines and champagne. With cabaret and entertainment most nights of the week it's always easy to be in the pursuit of GOOD TIMES! ARCH can be found just next door to FETCH at ARCH 642 Voltaire Road, London. SW4 6DH.
FETCH + ARCH further supported our mission to provide our growing community in the heart of Clapham with Safe Spaces.
