Program Overview

Welcome to the FETCH Rewards loyalty program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Earning Points

Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are only earned through purchases made on our store.

Redeeming Points

You can redeem your points for the following vouchers:

• 500 points = £7 voucher
• 1000 points = £20 voucher

Vouchers can be applied to your next purchase at checkout. Only one voucher can be used per order.

Point Expiration

Points expire after 1 year of account inactivity. Activity includes making a purchase, earning points, or redeeming rewards. Please check your account regularly and make a purchase or engage with the program to keep your points active.

Qualifying Purchases

Points are earned on the order total including tax, but excluding shipping costs and any applied discounts. Returns and refunds will result in points being deducted from your account.

Voucher Terms

Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Vouchers cannot be combined with certain other promotions or discounts. Check the voucher details for any exclusions or expiration dates.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
