In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Cancelling Your Order Before It Ships

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it yourself directly from your account. Simply log in to your FETCH account, go to your order, and select Request Cancellation. You will receive confirmation once your cancellation has been processed and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you are unable to cancel via your account, please contact us immediately at info@fetchshop.co.uk and we will do our best to stop the order before dispatch.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

For orders that have already been delivered, you can submit a return request via our Start a Return portal. You may also notify us by an unequivocal written statement sent to the address below. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back.

Please note that for international orders, our shipping charge includes import duties and taxes paid on your behalf. If you wish to withdraw from your contract, please contact us to discuss the duties and taxes element of your shipping charge.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (this may apply to certain intimate or adult products).
• Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
